12.5” tall x 35.5” wide x 15”depth. Black or dark blue grey with 4 particle board shelves. Still wrapped for moving. Will leave it together as shown in the pic for travel in a truck bed, unless you need it broken down to transport. Easy enough to put together again. Came without any hardware, you just push one bit into the other bit. It should rest against walls in a corner for greater support when in use.
