White chest 5 drawers on wheels (Allerton BD15)

I'm doing this on behalf of my friend in Baildon.

It has 5 wooden drawers with silver handles n on wheels, It needs some TLC.

It's in fairly good condition n been in a storage cupboard for a while. Now it's in the porch area. There's a few stains on the top -which can be painted over or covered with a mat.
It's one drawer needs one runner for the drawer the other runner needs fixing to it.
