Wheelchair (W14)

This wheelchair has been here for a while (at least a week) it looks like it has been thorwn away. It is right in front of the parking entrance of the Super Tesco, Warwick Road. I asked the manager of the Marriot Hotel and he said is not theirs. It looks in good condition but one arm is missing
