Frozen beer liver (Woodridge)

My off the grid cousin raised a steer for us. Grass and stream fed/watered. Butchered in a very clean facility. We are working through all the beef but wow there is a lot of liver. We have not cooked any myself but my sister in law did and said its not great which is surprising since even the meat on the soup bones has been amazing. So does anyone else want to try it? Even if you want it for pet food I will not be offended - there is just too much.
