top soil (Abingdon OX14)

Someone who has been doing lots of gardening in their life says this is very high quality top soil. I, from a layman's point of view, can only say is that it's dark, heavy, has nearly no weed(s), and needs to go. Pre-packed in 14 rubble bags, each one I'd estimate around 25kg. Photo shows some of the bags, and the identical soil that's still left lying on the ground. We are planning to keep the soil that's not in bags, it's only in the photo so you can admire the nice colour and the lack of weed(s).
