Recording Tape Splicer (Holbeach St Marks PE12)
This tool is for splicing 1/4" reel to reel recording tape. Hardly used and still in very good condition. You will need splicing tape (widely available), plus a razor blade to cut the tape. I have not used it for over 20 years, but as I recall it worked extremely well.
