3mm neoprene material (approx 30cm X 30cm) (Old Hutton LA8)

Hi. Does anyone have a bit of 3mm neoprene material such as old wetsuit material about 30cm square. This is to use as a new insole for a pair of aquaboots that has deteriorated on the inside but are fine on the outside
