Just upgraded to a hatch with a ladder so if anyone has use for this one it would fit an opening of 56.5cm x 73cm or a bit bigger (max approx 63 x 80cm)
It is dusty from being up in the roof and the polystyrene has a little damage.
Might be able to deliver locally or to cherry hinton area/ newmarket rd.
