Rarely used. Needs some more light cleaning due to dust/cat fur; no dogs/non smoking home. This is used on the floor with body weight balanced on your knees and arms/hands on the crosspiece so you may want a kneeling or yoga mat of some sort. Its settings can be adjusted to increase/decrease resistance. Good ab workout!
