Vintage dining room chairs / partly damaged (Tooting SW17)

3 vintage dining chairs with green pads. 1930s? Signs of cosmetic wear and tear and some paint marks which can probably be removed using white spirits. The leather on one chair in particular is broken (see photos) and needs replacing. The covers are stapled to the seat at the back but can be potentially fairly easily removed and replaced with leather using adhesive. Or covered with cushion pads
