Meat too long in freezer (Laindon SS15)

My dog is on a raw diet as she has bad skin reactions to pet food , I am struggling at the moment as I know a lot of people are and I know it’s a long shot. Im asking for meat that you might throw away and also brown rice or brown pasta for her . Thankyou
