Creda spindryer - needs attention (Edmonton N9)

Sorry don't have time to add photo at the moment. There is a problem but I don't know what it is. It spins and you can hear the pump working. If I put a jug of water in, it pumps it out through the hose and into the sink immediately. But if I put wet towels in it spins and appears to pump but no water comes out. When I lift the lid the washing has been spun to the side of the drum but is still very wet. If you think you, or a shop, can fix it you are welcome to collect it from near Hertford Road / Bury Street. Polite requests only please.
