Large poster frame, minus clips. (Derrington ST17)

Can anyone make use of ikea poster frame, 34” x23”. I I’ve lost the clips that go around sides to hold the Perspex onto the hardboard backing, but someone can probably improvise. It has clips and picture wire on back for hanging, see second photo.collect st17 9ys, opposite Stafford castle.
