These seem to be made from cloth/rubber.
All are blue one side and orange the other side.
One has a rubber stopper missing.
In the photos, the dark blue ones are wet, the light blue one has mostly died out.
(I tried to wash them.)
These are for collection only, from near Dunragit (about 65 miles west of Dumfries).
