TV flat screen (San Francisco)

Hi my brother finally has a new unit after losing everything in a fire recently and is now starting to deck his new place out. He has a bed a dresser and a table and sofa so next is a TV right? I'm sure he isn't too picky just as long as it works. Thanks for checking?!
