This Dream House is in good condition. Been at nanny's house! The lift on the side sticks a little, but allelse is fine. Comes with a few accessories, bed (turns into a settee), reversible fireplace, freezer, toilet, etc. Some of these accessories have a dual role by turning them round. Table and chairs included. But NO DOLLS.
There is also a Barbie car as seen in the picture.

I haven't a clue how to disassemble it so you will need a larger vehicle to take it home!
