Teen boy bike (Near Somerset mall)

Looking for a decent bike for my middle school soon to ride. He's outgrown his current bike but I don't have the budget to buy him a new one right now. He rides to school almost everyday so I would like to get him the proper size for someone about 5'4". Thank you!
