Hi I had some kefir grains given to me by a freegler a while ago which I used for a long while.
I put them in the freezer to sleep for a while and unfortunately my freezer broke down and they were completely destroyed.
If anyone has any spare milk kefir grains that I could have then I could re-start my kefir probiotic health routine please.
I can pick up from Witney or surrounding villages.
