ring doorbell chime and plugin adap (London)

Hi everyone. Please help me find ringdoor bell chime and other accessories like plug in adaptor for wired camera bell. Pls see pictures provided. I am disabled and my chime has packed up . So was looking for ring accessories if anyone who has upgraded and have old 9 es still at home. Will be greatly appreciated. Can pick up from any where. Pls pls help me. Ty
