teddy faces for craft project (Marchmont EH9)

I was thinking that a clever crafty person could do something with these cute teddy faces which were ear muffs I guess but have lost the wire headband bit. E.g. could they be sewn onto a bag or something. Any use to a clever crafter? thanks
