It has been used for many years but I think it's in great condition as I hope you can see from the photos. The whiteboard side has some black marking which I couldn't rub off as I think someone used an unsuitable pen, but this still is still very usable. My daughter outgrew this a long time ago. I have some crayons that can be used on it as well. I used to have this stuck to the wall with command strips (to avoid using too much surface space on the floor) so I have left them there if you want to do the same. If you pick up and don't want the command strips, I can take them off without damage to the wood.
