Rear Panier Rack for Bike with Disc Brakes (Foxwood YO24)

Topeak Super Tourist DX Disc rear panier rack. Note that it has two ridges for securing a Topeak trunk bag, so the top is not flat. Some scratches and a bit of rust on top screws, but otherwise in good condition.
