Tripod stand (South Dublin)

I am looking for a tripod stand for a telescope please. I would like to use an old telescope I have but the stand was broken when I got it. I presume that a stand that was used for a camera would work just the same. If anyone has one that they are not using please, I would be very grateful . Many thanks
