Power supply for router (Lozells B21)

I have a draytek vigor 2860n router without a power supply. The power input sticker says 12V-15V --- 1.6A-1.3A with a Max power consumption of 19W. It needs a power supply to fit please let me know if you have anything suitable. I can collect anytime anywhere across the west midlands to suit - kind regards David Edwards
