Win OS 10.1/11 Licence Key/disk (Oxford)

My laptop won’t work now as I never upgraded to Windows 10 and sadly the OS on it is no longer compatible with my router. Does anyone have a spare Windows Operating System 10 or 11 Licence Key that is surplus to requirements, My laptop is too good to end up on scrap heap, and I can’t afford a new one or to buy the upgrade OS .
