This is a vintage (actually closer to antique, as the owner was born in 1914!) travelling trunk with original owner's label. It is made of wood and quite light, with the traditional striped paper lined interior, and metal fixings. There are no cracks in the wood, and it is quite a sturdy item. It is missing the divider which would have been inside, and also a handle on one side, though this is not really noticeable. Still an amazing item.
