I'm looking for old jeans, old sheets, table clothes even old towels. I will upcycle all said material to make these handmade bags to fill with hope for families in the hospital with a sick child. I recently found myself ( again this time my oldest) in the hospital watching my child fight for their life. While a bag will not heal it offers comfort. Shampoos, brushes coloring books a magazine etc while mommy or daddy and baby focus on healing. St Alexius has 24 beds in their PICU I want to make 48 bags again. But it is only possible when generous people offer what they can as far as materials.
