Vacuum cleaner (Haywards Heath RH16)

Looking for a vacuum cleaner for my son in east grinstead. His flat was burgled and trashed b4 christmas. Looking for a tv too as it was stolen that day along with a mobile phone( his daughters christmas present.🙄) No results from police and he cant afford insurance.
