I've got a GTech K9 handheld vacuum cleaner to give away. It comes with a motorised tool to remove dirt from a carpet, a crevice tool (stored within the unit), the charger and a long tool with a brush for ceiling corners. I've had it for a few years and am replacing it because it can't cope with my cat's black fur, but otherwise it's a good unit once it's had a wipe inside to clean it. It runs for about 15 minutes before it needs a charge. I've had no issues with it from an electrical perspective but I recommend that you get it tested to be sure.
