Birthday card for Sapphire (Leytonstone, E11)

This brand new card was sent to me in error and I don’t know any Sapphires to give it to! I’d ordered the generic version of the card, but the maker accidentally sent me a personalised one meant for another customer. As it would be too slow for me to return it for her to send the the other customer, I ended up keeping this one. Can anyone use it?!
