Futon frame for guest room (Casselman, Ontario)

I'm looking for a gently used futon/folding couch frame to keep in my son's room for when we have guests. Space is limited so having something that can fold up would be really practical. I will find a mattress new, just wondering if anyone has a frame that needs a new home.
