Bosch 240v SDS Hammer Drill Model GBH4DFE.
Dismantled and including carry case as seen in photo.
Was working as drill but hammer function intermittent, dismantle identified cracked top retaining washer to main percussion shaft. Further dismantle caused broken bottom retaining washer.
Other parts seem fine,
