Canon PIXMA MP640 combined 3in1 printer/copier/scanner. The printer came up with a message saying did not recognise something. We searched and it sounded like dry printer heads. We tried to clean then but then it came up with a change ink message which we did and now it will not recognise the new ink. So maybe useful for spares or someone with more knowledge than me might be able to fix it.
If you let me know a rough time for collection, I am really happy to leave it on the doorstep for contactless collection.
