Area rug in Oakland (Upper rockridge)

Large Berber-style area rug. Approx 10 x 14 feet. From smoke-free home, but we do have cats. These same furry friends have pulled at places on the rug and there is some damage in some places (not everywhere). See photos. It’s heavy and will take at least 2 strong people come and remove it from our garage.
