Cross trainer (Penrith CA10)

Pro-Form Space Saver 700 Cross trainer. 5 ft long. Folds inwards and has wheels. Acquired from here but never used, so might as well give someone else the opportunity to get fit! It works, but I never got round to finding an instruction manual online. Collection only. Van required.
