We received a picture frame from Desenio worth over 40 but it’s a little bent and distorted. They sent a replacement, but didn’t ask for the odd one back, so happy to donate it. The damage is not too significant just not what we paid for. Imagine it can be repaired and suit somebody else just fine.
Other than the damage - brand new and sealed in its wrapper and box. The Perspex for the picture is in good condition.
