Desktop computer, Intel i5 with 1000GB HDD (Westmill SG5)

Asus P8H61-M motherboard withIntel Core i5-2400 @ 3.1GHz processor. 8GB memory and 1TB hard drive. Runs Windows 10.
BUT the akasa X4 CPU cooler has snapped its mounts so the processor could overheat. It will only boot at present via the BIOS boot command. Picture shows it with one side panel removed to reveal the interior.

Replacing the CPU cooler will probably fix it, but you must convince me you know what you're doing. I may inlcude a keyboard, mouse and 4x3 monitor if you really need them.
