Very good condition. Just needs mounted on the wall and plugged in. Took this out due to having a wood burning stove fitted so no longer needed. We never actually used it as a fire but used the flame effect lights as a feature focal point. Works fine last time we used it. Can be seen working as only needs plugged in to use.
