DeLonghi toaster - for repair (Honor Oak Park)

This is a great double toaster, but currently has a faulty wire causing it to trip the circuit breaker. It was caused by someone sticking a knife into it, breaking one of the plates - it’s probably easy to fix if you know how, you can see exactly where the break is, so I’d rather give it away to someone who can fix it then consign it to landfill!
