Full size maternity / body support pillow. Has been invaluable for both my wife during pregnancy and grandmother with back pain.
The cover is removable and fully hot washable. The inner pillow has a tear as shown in the photo (thanks for the children it helped bear!) which doesn’t affect use once the cover is on, or you may be able to stitch up.
