Two chairs (Summertown OX2)

Two dining chairs in need of a home. These chairs used to live in my parents' house and were reupholstered by my father at his evening class in the early 1980s; as a result, I fear they do not meet current furniture/furnishings fire and safety regulations. However, the materials used were of a good quality: metal springs, horsehair and wadding. The current covers are a little marked but they could be replaced, the upholstery underneath is still in very good condition because the chairs were essentially ornamental and have not been used. There is a repair to the arm of one of the chairs (where it meets the frame of the chair) and the wood is a little chipped (photo). There is a slight repair to one of the ornamental struts at the back of the other chair (photo).
Rough measurements are as follows:
Floor to highest point (at back) - 94 cm
Floor to top of seat - 52 cm
Depth at widest point - 54 cm
Seat depth - 52 cm
Arm to arm (widest point) - 52 cm
