Bell Crash Helmet from 1999, previously used for motor racing, but it's no longer valid for racing. Old US SNELL 95 standard, was designed for off-road use only. Probably only useful for off-road practice or as an ornament. Anyone taking the helmet takes full responsibility for it's use.
