28mm-ish PVC pipe (Southwark Park)

Hi everyone, I'd need a small (5-10cm) piece of 28mm-ish PVC pipe to connect the cap to an old pipe. If I could have a piece from anyone that'd be really helpful for me, please! Thank you :)
