Brand new, fully working.
Ignore the bit on the box about "high resolution", it's 320x240 pixels, so very low, less than half the resolution of old SD telly.
Would be OK for a young kid's bedroom - it's really just a toy.
I got it for an art project but it does't quite do what I need.
