Mountfield Empress petrol mower, 40cm cut width, Briggs & Stratton 3.5hp Quantum engine. Well over 25 years old and in need of attention and despite my best efforts it remains extremely difficult to start and once running cuts out moments later. Additionally the height adjuster has just broken. May be worth having it serviced or if you’re a tinkerer maybe the cost of spares to fix it.
