All fully working with manuals and power supply for main phone. Note that the cordless charger bases each require a USB socket for power to charge; these are very common in most households and many mains sockets now incorporate USB charging sockets (which is how we ran them).
The main unit is a fairly standard DECT cordless phone system so other GAP-compatible handsets can be added if you have them.
