In working condition with power cable and remote, and rotating stand. This TV is a bit old fashioned- it has a frame around the screen and is deeper than current lcd tvs. There is a scratch on the front frame, and a couple of scratches visible on the screen which do not affect the picture. There are various input options including 3 hdmi ports. The remote is included which is taped on the back as the catch broke. It measures 40 inches diagonally across the screen.
