OXFORD Solariser for trickle charging motorcycle batteries (Goldhanger CM9)

The idea is to slip this into an OXFORD motorcycle cover which has the clear pouch to hold this and so allow the battery to be trickle charged from sunlight. It has a small blue LED which flashes when it's producing an output, which is most of the time in daylight. It has small eyelets each end so could be hung on the bike if you don't have a cover with the clear pouch.
