Black leatherette (don't think it's real leather) office chair. A few scuffs and marks but comfy and plenty of life left in it. Adjustable height and good gas shocks. The lumbar cushion can be removed or adjusted as required.
This is a heavy item and as far as I know it does not come apart for transportation.
