Good Spanish textbook - Rosegarden (Rosegarden area San Jose)

¡Ché Chévere! ("How Cool") Is a modern Spanish textbook aimed at 1st-year high school or 1st semester college students. I have the textbook as well as the teacher's edition (with teaching suggestions and exercise keys), two workbooks, and a code for online audio and video material.
The books are new; however they did suffer a bit of humidity in storage and some pages (particularly the workbook's) are slightly wrinkled.

If you can use it, follow these simple steps:
1. Send me a message saying the day and a two-hour pickup window. I will respond and mark the post as "promised."
2. Show up during the agreed time window and take your books home.

Troubleshooting:
